Forget up and down like a Yo-Yo, I just bounced up like I was attached to a bungee cord. How did I gain 4.5 pounds in one week? That can’t all be water weight from eating sushi/chinese.
I ever started picking up new, good exercise habits. Now I ride a bike to the train instead of driving (saves on gas, too!). I’m still working out. I may want to schedule an appointment with the nutritionist to go over some things. Although I’m pretty sure I know what she would tell me: “stop eating so much, stop eating carbs and focus on your protein.”
Apparently, easier said than done.

Oh man… I’ve been there – I got a tad dehydrated and had to go to the hospital… somehow in a matter of a day – I gained 6 pounds… but lost them within the next few days.
It could be constipation – that causes my weight to fluctuate as well – just take it easy (I know it’s horrible mentally) and watch everything you’re doing – see if you find a pattern that doesn’t seem right.
